Terms of Service

By using Phixer you agree to these terms. We've kept them as short and clear as we can.

What Phixer does

Phixer checks websites and code for problems, explains them, and can suggest or apply fixes when you ask. It uses automated tools and AI.

Your account

You need a working email address to use Phixer. Keep access to it safe, because it is how you log in.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Only check what you're allowed to

Only ask Phixer to check websites and code that you own, or that you have permission to test. A health check visits the site like a real visitor: it opens pages, clicks buttons and sends forms using test details. You agree that this is okay for any site you submit. Don't use Phixer to attack, overload or spy on anyone's site.

Fixes and your code

Phixer only changes your code when you ask it to ("Fix it for me", then "Apply"), and every change is shown to you first.
You are responsible for reviewing changes and for your app. Keep backups. GitHub keeps the full history, so changes can be undone.
Your code stays yours. You give us permission to read and process it only to provide the service.

AI can be wrong

Phixer's reports and fixes are made by automated tools and AI. They can miss problems, flag things that are fine, or suggest fixes that don't work. Phixer helps you, but it is not a guarantee that your app is safe, legal or free of bugs.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions at the prices on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the seller and handle taxes. Its terms also apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may change prices. We'll tell you by email at least 14 days before a change affects you.

Fair use

Each plan has limits shown on the pricing page. Please don't try to get around them, resell Phixer, or use it in ways that harm the service or other people. We may pause or close accounts that do.

The service

We work hard to keep Phixer running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features over time.

Limits on our responsibility

Phixer is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened (or USD 10 if you use the Free plan).

Ending things

You can stop using Phixer and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we disagree about something, let's first try to sort it out by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we'll update the date above and tell you by email. If you keep using Phixer after that, you accept the new terms.
