If Phixer isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time. You won't be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. We don't usually refund part of a month. If something went wrong on our side, such as Phixer being down for a long time or charging you twice, email us and we'll sort it out fairly.

How to ask

Email us from the address you use for Phixer and say which payment you'd like refunded. Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, through our payment provider. They usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
