The short version: Phixer only collects what it needs to check your app and email you about it. We never sell your data and we don't show ads.

Who we are

Phixer (phixer.si) is run by an individual founder based in India. In this policy, "we" means Phixer and "you" means anyone who uses the website or service.

What we collect

Your email address, to log you in (with a one-time link, no password) and to send you reports and alerts.
The websites you ask us to check, and what our checker sees on them: page text, screenshots, speed, errors and similar details.
Your code, if you connect GitHub and run a code check or a fix. We read the repositories you choose to allow. We keep the report (the problems found and short excerpts), not a copy of your whole code.
GitHub connection details: your GitHub username and the access keys GitHub gives us, so we can read your code and suggest fixes. You can disconnect at any time.
Live alert data, if you add the Phixer snippet to your site: error messages, the page address, and basic browser details when one of your visitors hits a problem. We don't collect your visitors' names, emails or what they type.
Messages you send us through the feedback box or waitlist.
Payment details are handled by our payment provider, not by us. We only see whether you have paid and which plan you have.

Why we use it

To run the checks, write your reports, suggest and apply fixes when you ask, and send you emails about them.
To keep the service safe, stop abuse, and enforce plan limits.
To improve Phixer, using your feedback and overall usage numbers.

Who helps us

We use trusted services to run Phixer. They only get what they need to do their job:

Supabase: our database and login system (data stored in India).
Vercel: hosts the website and runs the checks.
Anthropic (Claude): the AI that reads check results and code and writes your reports and fixes. Under its business terms, it does not use this data to train its models.
Resend: sends our emails.
GitHub: where your code lives, when you connect it.
Google PageSpeed: may be used to measure your site's speed.
Our payment provider: handles paid plans, billing and tax.

Some of these services are outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We only store what's needed to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, reports and alerts while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except anything we must keep by law (for example payment records).

Your choices

See, correct or delete your data: email us and we'll do it.
Disconnect GitHub at any time from the dashboard, and uninstall Phixer's GitHub app from your GitHub settings.
Turn off daily check-ups or remove the alert snippet from your site at any time.

Children

Phixer is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell users by email.
